The chunky texture gives roots air to breathe and drains quickly to protect against root rot, the number one killer of indoor plants, while holding the moisture and nutrients your plants need to thrive.

The mix is built on recycled coconut chips and coir — an otherwise wasted byproduct of the coconut industry. Of the 50 million coconuts produced worldwide each year, about 85% of the husks are discarded as trash.
